An EPC contract for an accommodation village at Al Jalamid  involves  the  design  and  construction of concrete building accommodations, support buildings (recreations, mosque, kitchen), with a total area of 7000 m2, 2 swimming pools, a steel structure warehouse, a 5.0-meter height fence, sport facilities, landscaping and irrigation, and all infrastructure works, such as backfilling, marl, asphalt, and parking areas. It also includes all utilities, such as electrical, sewer, water, and fire.
