We are an approved Vendor and a successful supplier to NEOM, RED SEA Development, SABIC, RC, EPC Contractors.

Technically our submitted quotations is complying with Saudi Aramco Prefabricated Portable Steel building (12-SAMSS-020) in addition the buildings will be constructed as per IBC code and according to type IIB construction, Although it’s a portable building but every manufacturer has its own unique structural, Electrical & Plumbing designs which are different from one another.

In a factory with an area of about 150,000 Sqm, prefabricated buildings are produced in the high tech production line equipped with the most modern technology & qualified Team.

Our qualified Team of Saudi Professionals of Engineers, Technicians and in HR dept., working with best of their skills. For almost 4 decades with about 15 Engineer in the Engineering Department and about 400 professional workers in addition to the Management staff and the other Departments.

Our yearly Production Capacity about 180,000 sqm & we are expanding our production capacity to add about 200,000 Sqm yearly of prefabricated building and expected to be operational in 4thQ 2024.
