NEOM GOA-PIONEER CAMP & SITE OFFICES

GCS has been awarded by NEOM Company a DBO (Design, Build, and Operation) project for two camps and one (G+1) office. A total of 44,772.00 m² of land area is utilized for the project’s camps, while 3,000.00 m² is utilized for the office, for 10,800.00 m² of buildings area. The five phases of GCS’s scope are: designing, building, and operating residential units for an 80-NEOM staff camp with all amenities, a 60-worker camp with all amenities, and a 140-NEOM staff (G+1) office; IT Retrofitting works for existing offices at South and North GoA and existing camp; and operation and maintenance of the photovoltaic system.
