FADHILI GAS PLANT: CONSTRUCTION OF TR MAIN OFFICES AND LAYDOWN AREA

The project involved construction of office facilities for Saudi Aramco and Tecnicas Reunidas, covering a BUA of 7,000 m2. The scope included site preparation, fence and gates, asphalt and walkways, furniture and HVAC, and complete utilities including water networks, firefighting networks, power networks, fire alarm systems, piping, tanks, cables, lighting, generators, pumps, and others. Additionally, 8,000 m2 of steel structure warehouses with 2,000 m2 of closed refrigerated stores were constructed, complete with site preparation, fence and gates, asphalt and walkways, furniture and HVAC, and complete utilities.
