MARJAN INCREMENT PROGRAM – TR –TCF AND SATELLITE OFFICES

The project involves the construction of site facilities for Tecnicas Reunidas, including a 30,000 m2 CAMP and main offices for TR and ARAMCO facilities. The scope of work includes site preparation, fence and gates, asphalt and walkways, furniture and HVAC, complete utilities such as water networks, firefighting networks, power networks, fire alarm system, piping, tanks, cables, lighting, generators, pumps and others. Additionally, the project involves the construction of 8,000 m2 steel structure warehouses with 2,000 m2 closed refrigerated stores, complete with site preparation, fence and gates, asphalt and walkways, furniture and HVAC, and complete utilities.
