SADARA CHEMICAL PLANT: CONSTRUCTION OF MANUFACTURE AND ENGINEERING FACILITIES

Fast track type project, Construction of a prefabricated buildings complex with 48 buildings and 36,000 m2 BUA in a 500,000 m² land to support the Manufacturing and Engineering personnel of SADARA. The project integrates the highest safety and quality standards and is executed through an EPC approach in a congested 7-month time-frame. The project includes a LV power network, water networks, communication network, parking areas, and a 3-year operations, maintenance, and catering services package for the offices complex, including a dining hall and prayer buildings.
